We proudly ship all over India using reliable courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery. Once your order is placed, it is dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 3–6 business days
  • Rural and remote areas: 5–8 business days

Tracking Your Order Online

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track the shipment anytime on our Order Tracking page.

Shipping Charges & Payment Modes

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499
  • ₹49 Flat Shipping on orders below ₹499
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) available with a small ₹40 charge

All shipping charges are displayed during checkout with no hidden costs.

Dealing With Delays, Damage or Lost Parcels

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t reach you, contact us immediately at care@upaskar.in with your order details. We’ll offer a free replacement or issue a full refund.

In case of unavoidable courier delays, we’ll update you via email.
